County shifts permitting process into high gear

  • Developers of projects over $2 million in Clark County can typically start construction within 90 days of applying for permits using Fast Lane.

    New Tradition Homes’ $8 million headquarters in Vancouver was the first major project to use Clark County’s Fast Lane permitting system.

    CLARK COUNTY is using its Fast Lane permitting system to speed up construction of major projects. It's a new incentive designed to help the area compete with other parts of the Northwest for economic development opportunities.
