Construction Industry Spotlight: Contractors struggle to find workers as hot construction market continues

    Everything in the Northwest construction industry is hot. Projects are plentiful, but skilled help is scarce.

    Unfortunately for the Northwest, construction work also is plentiful across the country, particularly in the South. Reconstruction work across several states devastated by Hurricane Katrina is keeping thousands of workers busy, workers who normally crisscross the country to follow the hot spots.
