    The resort is under construction next to the Tulalip Tribes’ casino in Quil Ceda Village west of Marysville.

    THE TULALIP TRIBES are turning their giant casino west of Marysville into a casino “resort.” That's the labeling on the marketing materials for a $130 million, 363-room hotel and conference center that is being attached to the casino in Quil Ceda Village.
