    Lynnwood officials are hoping for taller buildings, such as this example, in a rezoned section near 196th Street Southwest and the I-5 interchange.

    DEVELOPERS, contractors and tower crane companies should keep an eye on growth in Everett and Lynnwood, two low-rise cities where downtown high-rise structures are being encouraged by the approval of new zoning that allows building heights up to 30 or 35 stories.
