'Vertical' windmill turns heads in the Northwest

    WHEN MOST PEOPLE think of wind energy, they imagine wind farms with giant turning machines. But San Diego-based Helix Wind has a small turbine that looks totally different and can be mounted on homes, retail or downtown high-rises.
