    IN TODAY'S MARKET, competition for construction jobs is tougher than it has been in ages. But experts from FMI Corp. in Denver say many contractors aren't paying enough attention to two crucial factors that can help win work and develop business: differentiation and customer relationships.

    Cynthia Paul is managing director of FMI and Kenneth Roper is a principal. They recently presented a Dexter + Chaney Webinar to the AGC titled “Winning in a Tight Economy.”
