Project of the Week: Oregon Place Apartments

SouthEast Effective Development opened the newly remodeled Oregon Place Apartments in Seattle's Columbia City neighborhood last month, with 39 units serving residents earning below 60 percent of median income -- $43,320 for a family of four.

The four-building complex at 3600 S. Oregon St. includes two three-bedroom units and 25 two-bedroom units, 11 one-bedroom units and one studio.
