The Westin Seattle at 1900 Fifth Avenue has completed a $35 million renovation and opened Relish Burger Bistro.
The restaurant and bar offers re-invented American cuisine. It is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Relish is the final piece of a complete makeover, which has transformed more than 455,000 square feet of hotel property.
The renovation included 891 guestrooms, corridors, lower lobby, main level and mezzanine. About 13,500 square feet of new meeting space was created. Guestroom finishes, bathrooms and furnishings were all updated.
