Howard S. Wright has a new headquarters in Queen Anne Station at 415 First Ave. N.
The 18,800-square-foot space has 87 workstations with room to expand. The multi-functional "core" can handle large gatherings, and the conference room has a table that can rise to standing heights.
All workstations have outdoor views, and a treadmill workstation is in one of the "focus rooms" where private conversations can be held.
In the wellness room, employees can work out, play pingpong or Xbox, or watch a movie.
A rooftop deck offers views of the city, Elliott Bay and the Space Needle.
