A Honda and Toyota dealership has opened at Airport Way and South Holgate Street in Seattle.
The six-story building has independent showrooms and service centers for both Honda and Toyota. The 405,000-square-foot project was built on a fast-track schedule of 21 months.
Honda and Toyota's showrooms are on the first floor, separated by entry drive lanes leading into the service areas and parts warehouse.
Automatic garage doors open for customers entering the main service area. Once inside, high-tech sensors assess tire tread depth and alignment on each car.
Offices are on the second and third floors. On the upper levels are more than 1,000 parking stalls for new vehicles.
