Astro Apartments

Astro Apartments is a mixed-use development at 315 First Ave. N., west of Seattle Center in the Uptown neighborhood.

It totals 260,000 square feet, with 212 apartments and 11,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space along First Avenue North.

The exterior was inspired by the mid-century modern design of Seattle Center, with sloping, cantilevered roof forms and vibrant signage.

It has a rooftop bocce court and fire pit, lounge area, theater, fitness center and electric-vehicle charging stations. A recessed courtyard offers space for outdoor dining.
