Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union has moved its headquarters to the fifth floor of Home Plate Center, at 1521 First Ave. S. in the Sodo neighborhood.
The 43,376-square-foot space is across the street from Safeco Field, and has a more open and efficient layout for 100 employees. The location has two ATMS, but no banking branch. The downtown branch will remain at its current location on Third Avenue.
The new headquarters has an open floorplan, modern meeting spaces and additional room to add staff.
Home Plate Center is a LEED gold-certified building.
