The Wilder Apartments debuted on Capitol Hill this summer. The new building at 1607 14th Ave. offers 79 apartment homes, including studio, one- and two-bedroom options.
Each unit features spacious layouts, high-end finishes, energy-efficient appliances, and smart home technology, and is designed to cater to the needs and preferences of the modern urban dweller.
Resident amenities include a planted courtyard, a rooftop deck, a community room, below-grade parking garage equipped with EV charging, bike storage room to cater to the neighborhood’s cycling culture, and pet-friendly spaces.
A retail space is located on the ground floor and is envisioned to host a local restaurant.
The site was formerly an underutilized surface parking lot, which was often covered in graffiti. The building is L-shaped and wraps around a separately owned delicatessen building and a gym.
