Miss Manners would say tut tut if she heard Jude Siddall kvetch about the slow pace of permitting at Seattle City Hall. After all, Mayor Greg Nickels recently honored her company, ActivSpace, as one of the Emerald City's best small businesses.
But it's evident that Siddall — a frank-talking dancer turned developer — doesn't much care what Miss Manners thinks, at least not when it comes to her company's ability to build in Seattle.
