EASTSOUND -- Rosario Resort on Orcas Island this week acquired a historical building on its property that it will renovate into a luxury suite. The waterfront structure was first built in 1914 by Robert Moran, a well-known shipbuilder and former Seattle mayor, as a playhouse for his children. The playhouse is a round outbuilding adjacent to Rosario's main structure, which was also built in the early 1900s.
