Wine classes at Seastar Restaurant

SEATTLE — Erik Liedholm and Lars Ryssdal, who call themselves the “Scandinavian Wine Hacks,” are offering a series of three wine classes this spring at Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar in Bellevue.

They will begin by exploring the Northern Italian regions of Piedmont and Tuscany on March 16. On April 6 they will focus on France. The final class is May 4 on the Pacific Northwest, with a blind tasting and judging.
