After Hours: Moisture Festival starts March 17

SEATTLE — The Moisture Festival returns to Seattle with comedy, `variete' and burlesque March 17 through April 10. There will be 55 shows at five unique venues ranging from Fremont to Georgetown and Vashon Island.
