SEATTLE — Kevin Smith is taking his latest entry into the View Askewniverse on the road for “Clerks III: The Convenience Tour,” which stops at The Neptune on Sept. 25 at 7 p.m. (An additional date on Sept. 26 has sold out). Tickets start at $50.
