Systems Interface Inc. has promoted Scott deMers to vice president. deMers will be responsible for quality control and engineering standards. Systems Interface, based in Bothell, manufactures custom industrial control systems.
KUBE 93 FM, a Seattle radio station, has promoted Doug Holman to general sales manager. Holman previously served as account executive for KUBE.
Phil Nudelman, chairman and past president of Washington and Oregon-based Kaiser/Group Health, has been elected chairman of the American Association of Health Plans.
