WACO, Texas -- Time Condor Corp. has announced the following promotions. Annette Ferrin has been promoted from buyer to senior buyer. Ferrin has over 15 years of experience in the purchasing field and has been with Time Condor Corp. for three years. Ferrin is responsible for the procurement of all hydraulic and electronic parts needed for manufacturing Condor aerial work platforms. Anita Luna was promoted from buyer's assistant to junior buyer. Luna is responsible for purchasing Just-In-Time and MRO (material requirements overhead) parts for Condor aerial work platforms. Luna has been with the company for four years. Time Condor Corp., headquartered in Waco, Texas, manufactures a full line of aerial work platforms including truck mounted platforms, self propelled scissor lifts and self propelled articulated and telescopic booms.
SEATTLE -- Les Findley, after spending many years in the construction and logging equipment business both in sales and management, recently retired from the Seattle branch of Portland-based Triad Machinery Inc. Findley was appointed Seattle branch manager for Triad in 1994 and then became a forest products equipment specialist. He will finish out his term this year as president of the Pacific Logging Congress.

Windermere Real Estate has added a new sales agent to its Bellingham-area offices. Roy Long Jr. recently joined the agency's Mount Baker office as a new sales associate. Long previously worked for Western Wireless Corp.
Walter R. Ingram has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president at Wright Runstad & Company, and has also been elected to the company's board of directors. Ingram joined the firm 13 years ago after serving as the senior auditor at Touche Ross and Company.
Rich Mermelstein has recently been appointed vice president of Colliers International. Mermelstein is a top producing real estate broker with the company.
Keller Williams Realty has hired a team leader for its first real estate office in the Northwest, located in Bellevue. Carla Cross, CRB, MA, has joined the company after a 20-year career as a real estate agent, manager, trainer and consultant.
Matt Johnson has been appointed vice president and senior loan officer at the Northgate branch of the Lynnwood Mortgage Corp. With six years' experience in the mortgage business, Johnson specializes in residential lending and will develop a commercial lending department at the Northgate branch. He spent the last three years as a loan officer for Cambridge Mortgage in Seattle.
Tim W. Dore has joined Wallace Properties, Inc., as a commercial real estate professional. He will specialize in commercial and investment real estate acquisition, development, property management, sales and syndication endeavors. Dore will also continue to oversee the management of the Bellevue Plaza Shopping Center in downtown Bellevue.
