Daniel S. Friedberg, Amy N.L. Hanson, Benjamin J. Lantz and Carmen R. Rowe Vonheim have recently become associated with the Seattle law firm Keller Rohrback.

Kathy Miller has joined Pacific Capital Consulting, a Seattle-based investment advisory firm. Miller formerly served as vice president for Charter Investment Group in Portland.
The Washington State House Democrats recently filled the remaining leadership posts. Members include: Jeff Morris, floor leader; Karen Keiser, policy chair; Val Ogden, co-speaker pro tempore; Mary Lou Dickerson, caucus vice-chair; Jim Kastama, assistant co-majority leader; and Jeff Gombosky, assistant co-majority leader.
Old Seattle Lending Group, a Seattle-based mortgage banker, has launched a new web site. The web site features industry information, glossaries and online loan applications.
Tully's Coffee has appointed Siobhan C. Foody vice president of wholesale. Foody formerly served as wholesale director.
The Sand Point Grill will open in January at the Sand Point Village retail center in Laurelhurst. The Grill is co-owned by Andrew Walsh and Scott McFarlane.
Jerry Mahoney, manager of NYK Bulkship Inc. in Los Angeles, has joined the Port of Olympia as marine terminal manager. Mahoney will be responsible for recruiting business partners and providing sound management of the terminal.
Cole & Weber's Portland office has been chosen to create advertising campaigns for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance and for South Umpqua Bank. Michael Doherty was recently hired as senior vice president and managing director.
