Northwest Hospital & Medical Center

Northwest Hospital & Medical Center named Latha M. Brubaker, MD to its staff as a primary care physician specializing in family medicine. Brubaker will practice as part of Northwest Hospital Providers at the Family Medicine Clinic at Carkeek Park, in north Seattle.

Richmond Public Relations

Jason Hamilton joined Richmond Public Relations as account manager. Previously, Hamilton was director of client relations for Goodwin Sports Management. Richmond Public Relations is a full service public relations agency in Seattle.

Seattle Office of Housing

The Seattle Office of Housing is scheduled to move from the Alaska Building to Key Tower on Friday. The office will shut down at noon today and open at its new location on Monday. The new office is in Suite 5700 at 700 Fifth Ave. Telephone numbers and e-mail address will remain the same.

Internap

Internap Network Services announced Allen K. Tothill, a former vice president for Sprint's e-Solutions government division, joined Internap as vice president of government systems. Tothill will lead Internap's sales efforts in the federal, state and local government sectors. Internap is based in Atlanta but was founded in Seattle, and offers business customers a portfolio of Internet-based services.

Short Cressman & Burgess

Short Cressman & Burgess named Brent Nourse, Tatyana Gidirimski and Jennifer Sanscrainte associates in its Seattle office. Nourse will serve the firm's construction practice section, Gidirimski will serve the employment practice section and Sanscrainte will serve the environmental, land use and natural resources section.

Lane Powell Spears Lubersky

Brent N. Anderson joined the Seattle office of Lane Powell Spears Lubersky as an associate in its employment and litigation group. Anderson, a former member of the firm, recently completed a judicial clerkship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District in Virginia.

Milliman USA

John Hankerson has joined Milliman USA as the Seattle practice leader for strategic rewards and Don Rooks, Greg McNutt, and Stephanie Eng joined Milliman’s strategic rewards practice. Milliman is a firm of consultants and actuaries serving business, government and financial organizations.

Summit at Snoqualmie

Booth Creek Ski Holdings, owner and operator of the Summit at Snoqualmie, named Chris Gunnarson director of youth market development for Snoqualmie Summit and its five other resorts. Gunnarson has previously been associated with ESPN's X Games, the Vans Triple Crown Series and NBC's Gravity Games. He will oversee design changes and promotions at Snoqualmie Summit.

Metropolitan Improvement District

David J. Dillman is the new director of Seattle's Metropolitan Improvement District. Dillman will oversee program management and policy issues for the organization and help the agency promote business growth and retention in downtown Seattle

John L. Scott

Bob Fox became branch manager for John L. Scott Real Estate's Lakeside office in Madison Park. Fox's 11 years of real estate experience includes four as an agent in John L. Scott's Bellevue Place office. He was also previously a builder sales manager at Windermere Real Estate.

Windermere

Five people joined Windermere Real Estate's Ballard office as sales associates: Brenna Baumeister, who is also a co-owner of Labor Tubs Northwest; Amos Cordova, who was director of sales with Trummpet Communications; Richae Fox, who sold for Cornerstone Real Estate; Sara Medford, previously an assistant and teller with Golf Savings Bank in Mountlake Terrace; and Gene Seguin, previously a national sales coordinator with Fisher Radio.

Windermere Services Co. CEO Jim Shapiro joined the board of Cognigen Network of Seattle, an Internet-enabled marketer of communications services.

Marcus & Millichap

John Solomon sold the 52-unit Pennington Apartments at 702 Martin Luther King Jr. Way in Tacoma for $1.73 million to Pennington Group LLC. Marcus & Millichap broker Douglas Smith represented the buyer.

Earl Hertel sold a six-unit apartment building at 341 W. Elizabeth St. in Monroe for $420,000 to Yuan Zhang and William Johnson. M&M's Rich Walker represented both parties.

Paragon Real Estate Advisors

Paragon brokers Dave Meissner, Peter Larsen and Eric Smith put together a $5.25 million sale of the 136-unit Orchard Crest apartments at 5808 Hannah Pierce Rd. W. in University Place.

Rental Housing Association

Five people joined the board of the Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound, previously called the Apartment Association of Seattle and King County: Cathy Jeney, Martha Johnson, Doug Neyhart, Keven Suther and Ben Wood Jr. They'll serve two-year terms on the 13-member board.
