EvergreenBank

EvergreenBank named Stan Mine vice president and commercial relationship manager and Ning Aroonvaragron internal audit manager. Michelle Worden and Bill Filer are new executive vice presidents. Miner does commercial lending and marketing. Aroonvaragron has seven years of experience in auditing, accounting and finance. Worden will oversee retail banking, sales and operations. Filer joined in 1991. EvergreenBank is a subsidiary of EvergreenBancorp, headquartered in Seattle.

Mobilisa

Port Townsend-based Mobilisa promoted Kenna Pope to assistant to the chief executive officer. Claudia Monroe is assistant to the chief financial officer. The company added Steve Zehm as its senior software engineer and Curtis Sneddon to manage hardware and network infrastructure. Terry Thiele is director of sales. Kevin Colyar and Michael Kuroda are software developers. David Lindsay is assistant project leader. Mobilisa provides mobile and wireless technology for government, military and industry groups.

Jennifer L. Haddon has been promoted to audit manager at Jacobson Jarvis & Co. Jacobson Jarvis is a certified public accounting and consulting firm in downtown Seattle.

City of Kent

The city of Kent named Sylvia McDaniel marketing and communications manager. McDaniel will be on the mayor's leadership team, and will communicate with citizens and handle media relations. McDaniel worked in television and radio public affairs, and also directed marketing for Pike Place Market and the Downtown Seattle Association.

Seattle Parks and Recreation

Mayor Greg Nickels is looking for a new volunteer for the city's board of park commissioners, to start in January 2006. Board members advise the Seattle Parks and Recreation superintendent on planning, development and use of parks and recreation facilities. Lease Crutcher Lewis has promoted John Sellen to senior estimator in the Special Projects Division, and hired Boyd McPherson, Gordon Lemberg, Kathryn Emtman and Don Korsmo. Sellen joined Lewis in 1998 and has been in construction since 1975. He holds a bachelor's degree in building construction from the University of Washington. McPherson is service coordinator for the Service Department, which performs projects valued up to $50,000. He spent 14 years at Edifice Construction and has been in the industry since 1977. Lemberg is a project manager and estimator, focusing on projects by the Commercial Division. He has eight years of experience. Emtman is a project engineer. She previously spent six years with Heery and DLR. She holds a master's degree in engineering management and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, both from Washington State University. Korsmo is a superintendent. He has been in construction since 1975, including 14 years with Strand Hunt.

Bellevue's Bennett Homes has appointed Gayl Price Van Natter vice president of sales and marketing. Van Natter is marketing the firm and training its sales team. She is expected to play a key role in the firm's expansion into Pierce, Thurston and Kittatas counties over the next three years. Van Natter was previously with Village Homes of Colorado in Littleton, Colo.
