MTM Luxury Lodging

Hotel management company MTM Luxury Lodging named Marc Pujalet a partner. Pujalet will oversee operations and marketing for all hotels, including new ones in Seattle, San Diego and Boston. Seattle-based MTM manages hotels, inns and resorts.

Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt

Law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt added two associates to its Seattle office, Robert Peck and Allison Miller. Peck will work in the intellectual property practice. Miller was a legal assistant with Crane Dunham in Seattle.

Vallent Corp.

Bellevue's Vallent Corp. named David Burks general manager for its Asia Pacific region. Burks will lead Vallent's regional sales team and oversee a global support center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Burks has 15 years of senior management experience, including work as Asia Pacific vice president of Metasolv Software.

Yarrow Bay Development

Lund

Colin Lund is the new development manager, and David MacDuff is the new senior project manager of Yarrow Bay Development Co. of Kirkland. Lund was former project principal for Triad Associates. MacDuff led development of Intracorp's Talus, a 2,000-unit master-planned community in Issaquah. The additions will "exponentially increase our strength to tackle complex, challenging projects," says Brian Ross, managing partner. Other management additions are Kevin Thomas, senior site designer, and Michael Huey, project manager. Both were with Triad Associates.

Aboda

Hamilton

Kari Hamilton is a new outside sales representative for Redmond-based Aboda, formerly Northwest Suites & Housing Services. She previously worked for Fisher Radio as a sales assistant and account executive. Aboda is a corporate housing provider for Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing and other companies.

Hendricks & Partners

Robert DiPietrae of the Seattle office of Hendricks & Partners represented Swan Creek Associates LP of Bellevue in the sale of the 80-unit Swan Creek apartments in Tacoma at 1928 E. 56th St. Kenny Dudunakis and Robin Hays, also of the brokerage's Seattle office, represented the buyer, West East LLC of Bellevue. West East paid $3.4 million.

Jo Baumgartner joined the real estate division of Labor Ready as manager of acquisitions and development. She is 2005 president elect for the Institute of the Real Estate Management Institute Chapter of Western Washington.
