Hotel management company MTM Luxury Lodging named Marc Pujalet a partner. Pujalet will oversee operations and marketing for all hotels, including new ones in Seattle, San Diego and Boston. Seattle-based MTM manages hotels, inns and resorts.
Law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt added two associates to its Seattle office, Robert Peck and Allison Miller. Peck will work in the intellectual property practice. Miller was a legal assistant with Crane Dunham in Seattle.
Bellevue's Vallent Corp. named David Burks general manager for its Asia Pacific region. Burks will lead Vallent's regional sales team and oversee a global support center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Burks has 15 years of senior management experience, including work as Asia Pacific vice president of Metasolv Software.

Robert DiPietrae of the Seattle office of Hendricks & Partners represented Swan Creek Associates LP of Bellevue in the sale of the 80-unit Swan Creek apartments in Tacoma at 1928 E. 56th St. Kenny Dudunakis and Robin Hays, also of the brokerage's Seattle office, represented the buyer, West East LLC of Bellevue. West East paid $3.4 million.

The Seattle public relations firm Rockey Hill & Knowlton added administrative assistant Sherri Ozols. She did accounting work for 17 years at firms such as USA Today and Shurgard Storage Centers. Rockey Hill & Knowlton is the Northwest division of New York-based Hill & Knowlton.
