Wells Fargo

Josh Williams has been promoted to business banking manager for Wells Fargo's Washington business development team in Seattle. He joined Wells Fargo in 1996.

D.A. Davidson & Co.

Paul Acker has joined Great Falls, Mont.-based investment firm D.A. Davidson & Co. in the Redmond branch as a financial consultant. He was with UBS Financial Services.

Armstrong In-Home Care

Armstrong In-Home Care is relocating its Kirkland office to 3633 136th Pl. S.E. in Bellevue and will hold an open house from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 17. Armstrong is a division of ResCare, a Louisville, Ky.-based provider of residential, training, educational and support services for people with disabilities and special needs as well as in-home care services.

Seattle mechanical contractor Holaday-Parks hired Alicia Martinez, Janice Pasion, Katie Brown and Katie Fansler. Martinez is a project coordinator. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Puerto Rico. Pasion is an administrative assistant in the special projects division. She is studying at Highline Community College. Brown is a project administrator in the plan spec division. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Western Washington University. Fansler is a reprographics administrator.

CITC of Washington

Trevethan

The Construction Industry Training Council of Washington hired Michelle Trevethan as administrative assistant. Trevethan's duties include registering CEU students, maintaining CEU databases, scheduling facilities and ensuring room readiness. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from California State University Northridge and is working on a Microsoft Office specialist certificate at Bellevue Community College.

Dziubinski
Bellevue's Rafn Co. promoted Mike Dziubinski to senior project manager. Dziubinski has been with the company as a project manager for four years.

JE Dunn Construction

JE Dunn Construction opened an office in Phoenix, its 16th location in the United States. Jeff Dalton will head up the new office. The Kansas City, Mo.-based general contractor has a local office in Kirkland.

Vic Peri, president of V.P. Peri Painting Co., was elected 2006-07 chairman of the board of directors of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington.
