Peterson Sullivan, a Seattle-based CPA firm, named Al Dunnell and Matt Matson directors of the firm. Dunnell has 20 years of public accounting experience and has been with Peterson Sullivan since 2002. Matson has been with the company since 1988.
Pondera Engineers graduated from the technology incubation program with Sirti, a Washington state funded economic development agency. Pondera Engineers, a software firm, was the first tenant in the Sirti Technology Center in Spokane in 2006. It will move to Post Falls, Idaho. Sirti has 40,000 square feet of usable incubation space.
Venture Bank hired Ileah Kang as a loan assistant in the bank's Downtown Redmond Financial Center. She has a year of banking experience. Venture Bank has 18 offices in four Western Washington counties.

Intervest Mortgage Investment Co. promoted Julie Bridge to assistant vice president. Bridge joined the company in 2002 as an income property loan analyst.
WSB Financial Group, the parent company of Westsound Bank in Bremerton, named Charles Turner as senior vice president/chief lending officer of Westsound Bank. Turner has been with the bank since 2006, before which he was with Mariner Bank.
Worldwide Energy Corp. in Seattle hired Davis Gates Smith as chief executive officer. Smith has worked with Century Petroleum, Consolidated Resources and PetroGates. Worldwide Energy Corp. is based in Carson City, Nev.

Global Diving & Salvage hired Elizabeth McKay as safety, health and compliance specialist. McKay recently graduated from Central Washington University. Global Diving and Salvage is working in the Pacific Northwest, Gulf of Mexico, New York and Illinois.
Maggiano's Little Italy in Bellevue hired Kenny Savage as banquet operations manager. Savage was with CRG Research and has worked with Red Robin Corp. and the Cheesecake Factory. Maggiano's is one of four restaurants in the portfolio of Dallas-based Brinker International.
Seattle City Councilmember Jan Drago, chair of the Transportation Committee and co-chair of the Special Committee on Pedestrian Safety, hired Jodie Vice as a legislative aide responsible for major transportation issues. Vice is a transportation planner who has worked in the public and private sectors. She is a member of the Seattle Pedestrian Advisory Board.
