Kibble & Prentice, an insurance and financial services company, promoted Marty Andrews to senior vice president in the Employee Benefits Division. He will design employee benefit programs for Northwest employers.
ÁegisLiving, a Redmond-based operator of retirement and assisted living communities, hired John Spaid to the new position of chief financial officer. Spaid has 25 years experience and worked with Americana Enterprises. Áegis operates 32 communities in Washington, California and Nevada.
Everett-based Bridgeways made a series of promotions and new hires. It promoted Kenneth Beecher to director of finance and administration, Nancy Elliott to human resources director and Dawn Gray to administrative supervisor. It also hired Virginia Sprague as director of fund development. Bridgeways is a private non-profit agency that serves Snohomish County adults with chronic mental illness.
SBC Development, a partnership between Colorado-based Eagle Resort Development and Yakima-area developers Craig Shultz and Gary Scott, has chosen KemperSports as manager of The Vineyards Resort Golf Course in Yakima. The golf course will be the centerpiece of The Vineyards Resort, a 500-acre master-planned wine and golf community.




Bellevue-based Leibsohn & Co. Commercial Real Estate has promoted Royce Cottle to senior associate. Royce specializes in the acquisition of development opportunities in the region, and investment properties throughout the United States. Dan Krekel has been promoted to senior associate. He specializes in office leasing and investment sales.
Port Blakely Communities hired four new staff members and promoted others. The new staff are Genni Reilly, Irma Doré, Shannon Christiansen and George Lenes. Reilly is vice president of leasing and marketing. She was a real estate asset manager for Vulcan and has more than 20 years of experience in managing commercial real estate. Doré will be a senior project manager and oversee several mixed-use projects in Issaquah Highlands. She was with Investco Management Services. Christiansen is controller. Her experience includes senior controller for American Capital Group and business operations controller for DR Horton. Lenes is a senior project manager in charge of several projects for Issaquah Highlands. He worked for The Schuster Group as vice president of project development. Recent promotions include: Tim Diller vice president, finance, and Kathy Burnaman, vice president, project development.
The Kirkland branch of First Horizon Home Loans has added Gina Koehl, Michelle Taul and Heather Hendrix as mortgage planning specialists. They all worked at Eagle Home Mortgage for a combined 32 years.
