Pacific Continental Bank hired Jackie Neether and George Brace. Neether is vice president and commercial banking officer. Brace is senior vice president and business development team leader. Both will work in the Bellevue office.
The Kirkland branch of First Horizon Home Loans hired Gina Koehl, Michelle Taul and Heather Hendrix to its team of mortgage planning specialists. All three worked at Eagle Home Mortgage.
Communique Northwest, a new transportation policy and management consulting firm, announced Lise Northey is a principal. Northey has 20 years experience in transportation policy and planning and has worked for the cities of Seattle, Bellevue and Mukilteo.
Woodinville-based Bensussen Deutsch & Associates promoted Lucky Evani and hired Steven Cramer to its Consumer Products Division, which produces video game accessories worldwide. Evani is divisional vice president of sales. Cramer is divisional vice president of product. Bensussen is a promotional merchandise and consumer products agency.

The Burke Museum hired Chas Hilton as its first director of finance. The position was created due to museum expansion. Hilton has been municipal services administrator for the city of Tacoma and executive director of the William F. Harrah Foundation and the National Automobile Museum.
The Woodmark Hotel, Yacht Club & Spa in Kirkland hired Michelle Marie as spa manager of the Spa at the Woodmark. She will also oversee an upgrade of services and amenities that is expected to be complete by this summer. Marie managed her own business, Michelle Marie Stylists, since 2005.
Bellevue-based PivotLink Corp., formerly SeaTab Software, hired Frank Fulton as chief executive officer. Fulton joined PivotLink in 2007 and replaces David Weld. PivotLink is a provider of business intelligence solutions.
Seattle-based Insightful Corp., a global provider of predictive analytics and reporting solutions, hired Robert Fitzgerald as vice president of worldwide field operations. Fitzgerald was the executive vice president of Protegrity Inc., a data security company.
The Northwest Marine Terminal Association elected officers for 2008. They are Dan O'Brien of the Port of Portland as president, Jim Amador of the Port of Olympia as vice president and Susan Becklund of the Port of Tacoma as treasurer. Patti Fulghum continues as executive officer. The group covers 13 deepwater ports in Oregon and Washington.
