ÁegisLiving in Redmond said Callahan House in Shoreline, a memory care community, has a new leadership team. Team members are Marty Dennis as executive director, Angela Wright as marketing director and Ernie Vigil as health services director. A public open house to meet them will be held at Callahan House April 30 from 3 to 6 p.m.

Salish Lodge & Spa

Salish Lodge & Spa hired Micah O. Windham as banquet chef. Windham has 12 years of experience in the industry, including prep cook and sous chef at Salish Lodge & Spa from 1996 to 2001. He was executive chef for Mona's Bistro and Lounge.

Plum Creek Timber

Seattle-based Plum Creek Timber promoted Daniel Manning to controller. Manning joined Plum Creek in 2002 as senior manager, resource accounting. Plum Creek owns 8 million acres of U.S. timberlands and 10 wood products manufacturing facilities in the Northwest.

Venture Bank

Venture Bank hired Judy Whitfield and Judy Knudtson. Whitfield is marketing/special projects manager at the bank's administrative offices in DuPont and has 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Knudtson is a customer service representative at the bank's Woodinville Financial Center, opening in May.

Harris & Associates

The Bellevue office of Harris & Associates hired Phillip Riggins as a construction manager and promoted Phillip Gagnier to associate. Riggins has more than 30 years of experience in construction management and inspection on local transportation projects. Gagnier has been with the firm for five years providing construction management and inspection services on local transportation and building projects. Harris & Associates is based in Concord, Calif.

Fisher & Sons

Dan Powers was named president of Fisher & Sons in Burlington. Powers has been with the company since 1997 and was vice president for about two years. Powers' new duties include overseeing daily construction operations of nearly 30 projects in five states. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Portland. Fisher & Sons is a division of Fisher Companies, which includes FSI Architects in Burlington and JTM Construction in Seattle.

PSF Mechanical

Tim DeLano joined PSF Mechanical as a senior CAD technician. DeLano has more than 18 years of CAD experience. PSF is a design/build mechanical contractor providing wet and dry side engineering.
