Law firm Ogden Murphy Wallace hired David Schoolcraft as a member in the Seattle office's business and health care practice groups. Schoolcraft represents hospitals, physician groups and other medical-related businesses in transactional and regulatory matters.
The Seattle-based CPA firm Bader Martin added new principals and expanded its professional staff. Bradley Berg, Mary Dickinson and Susan Queary are new principals. Rollie Garne is a new manager in the firm's tax practice. Seniors Adam Duale and Cindy Webster are also new members in tax practice, as is staff member Lana Thompson. The firm hired Kyle Stemmer and Jessica Hubly as staff members in the accounting and assurance practice, as well as new accounting technicians Sheri Mayer and Wendy Townson.
Strategic Asset Alliance, a Bellingham-based insurance investment company, hired John Davidson as managing director. Davidson was president and CEO of Partner ReAsset Management and has 30 years of investment experience.
Envision Telephony, a contact center solutions company, hired Arun Thomas as director of development. Thomas will lead Envision's software engineering team and functions. He was recently director of engineering for Who's Calling.

The Tacoma Art Museum named Kara Hefley as the new director of development. Hefley fills a position left vacant after Leslie Kinkade accepted a position with Alpha Supported Living Services. Hefley was recently at Foss Waterway Seaport where she was associate director.
Weyerhaeuser promoted Marvin (Ray) Risco as vice president-international operations. Risco was managing director of South American operations while residing in Uruguay and is a native of Peru. He joined the Weyerhaeuser Forestlands International team in 1998.
Miller Nash promoted three associate attorneys to partner. They are Heather Cavanaugh and Mike Ryan, practicing from the Portland office, and Leslie Meserole, based in Seattle. Cavanaugh works in the litigation group and joined the firm in 2002. Ryan works in the business practice group. Meserole works in the business department.
ShoreBank Pacific, Seattle's first sustainable community development bank, made two new additions at its new office in Belltown. Jae Easterbrooks is commercial relationship officer and has 15 years experience in Seattle's commercial and investment banking industry. Francis Janes is branch manager, and has previously worked as vice president of cash management and deposit services.
Van Ness Feldman elected Matthew Love as a new member. It also hired two new associates, Daniel Neilsen and Athena Kennedy, to the Seattle office. The Seattle office, which focuses on energy and environmental law, now has 10 lawyers.
