Shoreline Community College

Shoreline Community College President Lee Lambert has been named one of the top five community college leaders in the country by the Association of Community College Trustees. Lambert won the 2009 Pacific Regional Chief Executive Officer Award for his regional, national and international efforts. He has led Shoreline since 2006.

Network Mortgage Services

Network Mortgage Services relocated its Everett Home Loan Center to The Everett Gateway Center at 3726 Broadway. The new office is the third major expansion for the company. The space provides private offices and a media/conference center that will accommodate up to 15 people. Network Mortgage is an independently owned mortgage banking company based in Snohomish County.

Trophy Cupcakes

Trophy Cupcakes of Seattle will open its first Eastside location in The Shops at The Bravern this September. Owners Jennifer Shea and Michael Williamson opened the first Trophy Cupcakes and Party location in Seattle's Wallingford Center in 2007.

Pacific Northwest University

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences hired Robert Sutton as vice president of academic affairs. Sutton has been interim vice president of academic affairs since joining the university in 2007. He previously worked at Genesys Health System in Michigan. PNWU works in communities across the Pacific Northwest.

B2B CFO

B2B CFO, a firm that provides financial services to companies, has expanded in the Puget Sound region. Glenna Mileson and David Odom are serving as part-time CFO's for nine growing companies. Mileson joined the firm as a partner in the fall of 2008, becoming the firm's first partner in the Puget Sound region. Odom joined in late April.

SeaBright Insurance Holdings

SeaBright Insurance Holdings in Seattle announced that Richard Gergasko, executive vice president-operations, has been appointed chief operating officer. He has also been elected president and chief operating officer of SeaBright Insurance Co., a wholly owned subsidiary, replacing John Pasqualetto, who will continue as chairman and CEO. Gergasko has worked at the company since it was formed in 2003.

Greenfield Advisors

Fulbright
Greenfield Advisors, which specializes in complex real estate valuation and advisory services, has added Brian Fulbright as an associate analyst. Fulbright is a recent graduate from the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver, with a master of science in Finance and Real Estate and Construction Management.

Marcus & Millichap

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced the sale of The Madison Office Building, an 8,070-square-foot property in Seattle, for $1.35 million. Marc Cunningham and Dino Christophilis in the Seattle office had an exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. It is at 11050 Fifth Ave. N.E. and was built in 1983.

evo Properties

Developers evo Properties and CD-Dev Partners said two firms — the graphic design and branding agency Turnstyle and bicycle importers Dutch Bike Co. — have signed as tenants of The Kolstrand Building in Ballard. They will move in after renovation is completed in the first quarter of 2010. Turnstyle will take 6,000 square feet. Dutch Bike will take 1,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The firm imports and sells European city bicycles and rents bicycles by the hour. Graham Baba Architects designed the renovation.

CREW Seattle & Sound

The CREW Seattle & Sound September luncheon is Sept. 10 with speaker John Creighton, Port of Seattle commissioner. He will talk about the port's new Real Estate Development Division that was formed 18 months ago, and how the port is dealing with its strategic planning process. The NAIOP Developing Leaders Group is hosting a member's-only softball game on Wednesday, Aug. 26, at Woodland Park.
