Stoel Rives hired Darryl Hair as its new chief operating officer. Hair has 13 years of experience in senior administrative positions at major law firms. He recently worked at Crowell & Moring in Washington, D.C.
Shannon Christianson joined the Oregon Zoo Foundation as major gifts/gift planning manager. Christianson fills the position after seven years of similar experience at Willamette University. She will be responsible for soliciting private support for exhibits and programs.
Grand Cru Wine Bar owners Robert Reichel, Steve Walker and Tom Cottrell have added hand-crafted cocktails, premium spirits and beer on-tap to their Bellevue wine bar. The business will also change its name to Grand Cru Mixologie Lounge. Jean O'Neill has been hired as general manager.
Northwest Hospital & Medical Center hired four new doctors to its medical staff. Lianne Horano is joining the new geriatric program; Philip Moberg is joining the Seattle Arthritis Clinic; Benjamin Lerner is joining Seattle Pacific Surgeons; and Justin Klimisch is joining the Bone & Joint Center of Seattle.
Joey Ferrick launched John L. Scott's TeamBuilder Land practice. He works on commercial investment projects and transactions.
Cole Real Estate Investments named William Broms director of acquisitions. He previously worked as acquisitions director for Realty Income Corp., a real estate investment trust. Phoenix-based Cole, one of the nation's most active buyers of commercial real estate, bought the 26-story City Center Plaza in downtown Bellevue earlier this year.
Urban Land Institute's Seattle District Council's Sept. 21 breakfast program will delve into who is buying and lending, and what trends and issues are affecting companies' ability to attract capital. The program begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel, 515 Madison St. Douglas Poutasse of the Boston office of Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel will be the keynote speaker.
