U.S. Bank

Marc Wright joined U.S. Bank as its Seattle commercial real estate market manager. He will lead the company's Seattle and Bellevue commercial real estate and homebuilder finance offices. Wright was executive vice president and chief credit officer at HomeStreet Bank. He succeeds John Swanson, who recently announced his retirement after working for U.S. Bank for 34 years.

Getty Images hired Bart Catalane as chief financial officer. Catalane has 25 years of experience working in financial and operating management with media companies including webloyalty.com, LIN Television, Ziff Davis Media and ABC. He will be based in New York and will be assisted in the transition by current Seattle-based CFO Jeff Dunn.

World Trade Center Tacoma

The World Trade Center Tacoma hired Sandra Forero Bush as deputy director. Her responsibilities will be equivalent to being chief operating officer. Bush was an executive at Russell Investments and has 15 years of experience in the private and nonprofit sectors.

Godt
Walsh Construction Co. hired Matt Godt, Lane Lehrke and Bryan Ware in its Oregon office, and Ron Hopper in its Washington office. Godt is a project manager with nine years of construction experience. Lehrke is a superintendent who has been working in the industry for more than 17 years. Ware, a recent construction management graduate from Oregon State University, is a project engineer. He interned on the company's Heckart Lodge renovation in Corvallis. Hopper is the quality assurance manager. He is a registered architect with more than 40 years of experience in architecture and construction.

Absher Construction Co.

Holt
Puyallup's Absher Construction Co. hired Craig Holt as Healthcare Services Division director. Holt, a LEED Accredited Professional, has 25 years of construction industry experience, including work on health care and bio-tech projects. In the newly created position, he will oversee procurement and construction for Absher's health care clients.

Schuchart Corp.

LaRocco
Schuchart Corp. promoted Christian LaRocco to project manager from assistant project manager. LaRocco joined the company six years ago after graduating from the University of Washington's construction management program. Seattle-based Schuchart recently opened an office in North Charleston, S.C., in a move to follow Boeing, which is building a second 787 assembly plant there.

ISEC

Herzel
ISEC promoted David Herzel to vice president. Herzel has been with the company for 25 years, most recently as Northwest Region manager. Herzel will continue in that role and take on additional responsibilities. ISEC is a Denver-based sub and prime contractor building architectural woodwork, ornamental metals and laboratory casework. It has an office in Seattle.

Seattle Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs

Michael Killoren, director of Seattle's Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs, is leaving to work for the National Endowment for the Arts. He will be discipline director for the Local Arts Agencies/Challenge America Fast-Track Program in Washington, D.C. His resignation is effective Oct. 5.

Enprecis

Mike Berry has joined the executive team at Seattle's Enprecis as director of finance. Berry has nine years of financial services experience. He was a technology investment banker at KeyBanc Capital Markets. Enprecis in an information services company.

Enpointe7

Seattle-based Enpointe7 named Mark Hansen as its newest partner. Hansen has 15 years experience in software development and system design, and is co-founder of Innovative Strategy Partners. Enpointe7 provides a back-office suite of web-based procurement and business intelligence software.
