April Brown's Charity Auction World, a Northwest charity auction organization, added actor and radio/television personality Pat Cashman to its team of professionals. Cashman is a Seattle-based writer, actor and public speaker who has worked on television, radio, print and video games for over 25 years.
Michael Kors will open a new lifestyle store at 600 Pine Street in Pacific Place. The 1,579-square-foot store will open during the holiday season and will offer accessories and shoes, as well as a selection of ready to wear pieces, fragrances, watches and eyewear. Michael Kors is expanding its lifestyle stores and plans to have 100 in North America by the spring of 2011.
Univar, a global chemical distributor, hired Steve Block as president of ChemPoint.com, an e-distributor of specialty and fine chemicals in Europe and North America based in Bellevue. Block also will serve as vice president of Univar. He has worked at Univar in marketing and sales for 27 years.
Bank of America hired Bob Peters as Seattle market and Washington State president. Peters will continue to serve as market executive for middle market banking business in Western Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, and Western Canada, where he is responsible for 600 corporate relationships. He joined Bank of America in 1985.

The AGC of Washington's Northern District office moved to a new location in the Bellingham Towers Building. The address is: 119 N. Commercial, Suite 110, Bellingham, WA 98225. Liz Evans is the district manager.

SM&A, a professional services firm providing business development and program services for government contractors, acquired Black Ram Engineering Services, headquartered in Kirkland. Black Ram provides design, analysis, testing and other engineering capabilities for land, sea and air platforms. SM&A is based in Newport Beach, Calif.
International Rehabilitative Sciences of RS Medical of Vancouver has a newly structured executive team: Sam Reinkensmeyer, chief financial officer and vice president of finance; Patrick Cougill, vice president of legal, quality and regulatory affairs; Rick Harper, vice president of sales; Tom Pierce, vice president of human resources; Dominic Tong, vice president of medical and clinical affairs; Patricia White, vice president of marketing and business development; Doug Brunner, vice president of operations; and Bob Harmon, director and general manager of RS Medical Direct.
The Washington State Bar Association announced a number of awards. Joanne Moore, an attorney from Olympia with the Washington State Office of Public Defense, is receiving the 2010 Angelo Petruss Award for Lawyers in Public Service. Wenatchee attorney James Danielson of Jeffers, Danielson, Sonn & Aylward will receive the 2010 Professionalism Award. Rep. Kelli Linville of the 42nd District, will receive the 2010 Outstanding Elected Official Award. Seattle attorney Ahndrea Blue, CEO of Pinnacle Equities Investments, will get the 2010 Community Service Award.
King County Executive Dow Constantine named Dylan Ordoñez coordinator of his Executive Leadership Team, which monitors the day-to-day operations of county government and addresses emergent issues. Ordoñez was a policy advisor in the Oregon State Legislature and helped coordinate the 2009 Homeless Needs Assessment for Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels.
