Swinerton Builders Washington

Dan Mundle was chosen as business development manager to expand Swinerton Builders Washington's Special Projects portfolio, which focuses on the medical, interiors and high-tech markets. Mundle has 22 years of local construction experience, 10 as co-owner of a general contracting business. He holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Western Washington University and a certificate in construction management from the University of Washington. He is based in the Bellevue office.

Samish Doors

Norm Jost, president of Samish Doors in Vancouver, has become a manufacturer's representative for Door Engineering and Manufacturing of Kasota, Minn. Jost will cover Washington, Oregon, Alaska and northern Idaho. He has been in sales for more than 35 years. Door Engineering makes customized industrial, commercial, fire-rated, aviation and specialty doors.

Concrete Industry Certification Consortium

Nine concrete associations joined forces to form the Concrete Industry Certification Consortium. The effort was made to increase the awareness of certification opportunities for concrete professionals, while promoting the advantages of such programs. The consortium is comprised of the American Concrete Pumping Association, Architectural Precast Association, Concrete Foundations Association, Concrete Sawing and Drilling Association, International Concrete Repair Institute, National Precast Concrete Association, Post-Tensioning Institute and the Tilt-Up Concrete Association.

Seattle Ethics & Elections Commission

M. Lorena Gonzalez has been asppointed to the Seattle Ethics and Elections Commission. Gonzalez is an attorney with Schroeter, Goldmark & Bender. She is a past president of the Latino/a Bar Association of Washington's Board of Directors.

EMB Management

Bellevue-based EMB Management, a company of Dallas-based Associa, hired Laura Carver as association manager. Carver was architectural covenants supervisor at Community Management Corp. in Virginia. EMB Management provides management, accounting and maintenance.

Sterling Financial

Spokane-based Sterling Financial promoted David DePillo to vice chairman. DePillo joined Sterling in 2010 as chief credit officer and transitioned to chief lending officer in 2012. Sterling Financial is the holding company for Sterling Bank.

Sterling Bank

Sterling Bank plans to open a new branch in Pullman early in 2013 at 225 N. Grand Ave., at The Depot, with approximately 2,300 square feet. Sterling has two other branches in Whitman County: Colfax and LaCrosse.

LeMay-America's Car Museum

Harris

The LeMay Museum in Tacoma named Jason Harris as associate curator. Harris is vice chairman of the Kirkland Concours d'Elegance Selection Committee and worked as a consultant for automotive clients, planning events and tours in the Northwest. The LeMay Museum explores the automobile's role in American history and society.

Healthcare Resource Group

Spokane-based Healthcare Resource Group hired Kelly Ryan as director of business development West. Ryan is a medical technologist and most recently served as regional director for Florida-based Kramer Healthcare Technologies. He will be working from Sebastopol, Calif. Healthcare Resource Group was established in 1994 and focuses on the revenue cycle of health care.

Core Business Bank

Bellevue-based Core Business Bank has moved to a new office in Bellevue Corporate Plaza, at 600 108th Ave. N.E. No. 600. Alan Fulp is president and chief operating officer. Core Business Bank serves Puget Sound area small businesses and their owners.
