Albiniak

Portland-based Roundhouse hired Matt Albiniak as technical director and Heather Larimer as senior copywriter in Portland. Albiniak worked with agencies under WPP and Publicis for Rackspace Hosting. Larimer created campaigns for brands such as Delta Airline and ESPN. Roundhouse is a creative and digital agency.

Columbia Bank

Nelson

Tacoma-based Columbia Bank hired Lynne Nelson as vice president of professional banking. Nelson worked for 10 years as a senior broker for Consani Seims Limited. Columbia Banking System is the holding company of Columbia State Bank, a state-chartered commercial bank.

Meracord

Tacoma-based Meracord hired Robert Weening as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Weening has 20 years of industry experience and served as chief financial officer at Velocity Commercial Capital. Meracord is a third-party contract payment processing service provider.

Catlin

Cobalt Mortgage recently added Lysa Catlin to the Kirkland office as a partner/loan originator. Catlin brings more than 17 years of mortgage experience to Cobalt. She was named a Five Star Mortgage Professional in 2009, 2010 and 2012. Cobalt has offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas and Washington.

City of Renton

Renton won a 2012 Vision 2040 Award from the Puget Sound Regional Council for the revitalization of Sunset Terrace. The city is redeveloping the public housing community by investing in transportation, stormwater control, mixed-income housing, and amenities such as parks and recreation. Creating “complete streets” and “green connections” are part of the plan. PSRC promotes growth, transportation and economic development in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties.

ICSC

The International Council of Shopping Centers gave a silver Maxi award to Kemper Development Co. for The Bellevue Collection. The awards recognize marketing for retail properties. Jennifer Leavitt, VP of marketing, said Kemper has been focusing on social media for several seasons, with a web microsite, a printed and online Look Book, fashion events, QR codes, Facebook, Twitter and trend videos.

Lender Processing Services

Lender Processing Services, a provider of technology, data and analytics to the mortgage and real estate industries that is based in Jacksonville. Fla., said it has an agreement with RentRange to offer rental property income data to mortgage servicers, investors and others involved in distressed housing. LPS will provide RentRange reports to clients seeking rent estimates for real estate-owned properties, and to others wanting values for properties based on rental income potential. It also provides historical trends and rates for specific addresses by ZIP codes and cities.

John L. Scott

Broker and real estate agent Marti Reeder was named top salesman for home resales for the first two quarters of 2012 by the John L. Scott office in Kent/Covington. Reeder has been a full-time agent working for John L. Scott for almost eight years. She focuses on educating consumers through a website, blog and social media channels.
