Schacht Aslani Architects

Marshall

Schacht Aslani Architects hired Sarah Marshall as an intern architect. She has worked at GGLO, SRG Partnership and the Integrated Design Lab. Marshall has an interest in sustainable design and educational projects. She is working on a technical training facility for Seattle City Light.

HDJ Design Group

Mattox

Jason L. Mattox re-joined HDJ Design Group in the Tri-Cities as an associate principal, primarily managing design for residential and commercial projects. Mattox has 9-plus years of civil engineering experience with residential, commercial and public works projects. He has also managed roadway, drainage and stormwater projects, sewer and water and irrigation systems, and has experience in permitting for government agencies.

Seattle structural engineering firm Swenson Say Faget re-hired Joe Dixon and Julie Schickling. Dixon was one of the firm's first employees from 1995 to 2001. His career includes housing, commercial and civic work. He is working on residential projects in Seattle. Schickling was at the firm from 2005 through 2007. She has provided drafting for engineers and architects, and has experience with technical illustration and graphic design. She is working on multifamily and mixed-use projects.

Otak hired Neil Schaner and Kaela Mansfield as water resource analysts and engineering designers in Kirkland. Schaner previously was a graduate research assistant with the department of civil and environmental engineering at the University of Washington. He holds a master's in civil engineering from the UW and a bachelor's in civil engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Mansfield previously was a civil engineering/construction inspection intern for Redmond. She holds a bachelor's in civil and environmental engineering from the UW. Otak is an engineering, urban design, architecture and planning firm.

Hannan

Stephen Hannan, a civil engineer with Ridolfi, has passed the registered engineer exam, and Eric Buer, a geologist/geomorphologist, is now a licensed hydrogeologist in Washington. Seattle-based Ridolfi provides engineering and consulting services for natural resources, environmental cleanup, habitat restoration, waste management and energy efficiency.

GreenRubino

Seattle-based GreenRubino hired Sarah Lemmon as senior account manager and Chelsea Asplund as account coordinator. Lemmon worked as senior account executive at Maxwell Public Relations in Portland. Asplund worked for the Downtown Bellingham Partnership and the Downtown Seattle Association. GreenRubino is a communications and marketing firm.

Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo Commercial Bank hired Lori Kaiser as vice president of sales. Kaiser has 25 years of experience and worked as managing partner at Tatum. Wells Fargo serves middle market businesses with annual sales from $25 million to $750 million.

State Transportation Commission

Governor Christine Gregoire appointed Charles Royer of Seattle to the Washington State Transportation Commission. Royer was mayor of Seattle from 1978 to 1989 and president of the National League of Cities. The commission provides a public forum for transportation policy development.
