Bayley Construction hired Jon Lindberg as a senior estimator; Don Koslowsky as a senior project manager; and Casey Mish, Jake Polwarth, Andrew Heffron and Derek Sullivan as project engineers. Lindberg has estimated public and private projects since 1982. Prior to joining Bayley, he was responsible for conceptual, design phase and final contract estimates on projects ranging from $200,000 to $63 million. Koslowsky has 24 years of experience in estimating and project management of federal, military, commercial and residential projects. He is leading the Health Sciences Building T team at Bellevue College along with Mish, a recent construction management graduate of Washington State University. Polwarth is working in the Special Projects Group on the Neighborcare Lake City project. He has six years of industry experience, graduated from Western Washington University and has a certificate in construction management from the University of Washington. Heffron has eight years of industry experience, is a UW graduate, and is pursuing an MBA at the Keller Graduate School of Business, as well as his LEED certification. Sullivan is a construction management graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Tacoma-based Milgard Windows & Doors was named one of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in the U.S. The award recognizes employers that display leadership and innovation in engaging their workplaces. Milgard will be honored at an April 2 event in San Francisco. This is the third time the Masco company has won the award.

Aaron Thomson is a new partner at Ashbaugh Beal. He will continue in the Corporate/Securities group where he works on corporate formation and finance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, contracting and employment.

Pacific Continental Bank hired Dan Bogart as senior vice president of commercial banking manager in Tacoma. He will serve Pierce County as well as south King County.
The West Seattle Chamber of Commerce hired Lynn Dennis as chief executive officer. Dennis served for the past year in an interim capacity and has more than 30 years of experience in management positions. Mary Cropley will continue as part-time financial manager.

Scott E. Carson, Washington State University alumnus and retired Boeing executive vice president, has been appointed to a second term on the WSU Board of Regents through Sept. 30, 2019. Carson joined the regents in 2007.

Skagit State Bank said Dennis Boe joined the bank as vice president and residential real estate manager at the Home Loan Center at 1575 S. Burlington Boulevard in Burlington. He has 28 years of experience in mortgage lending and will focus on home and construction financing in Skagit, Snohomish and Whatcom Counties.
