Dairy Farmers of Washington

Jacque Coe is the new senior director of strategic communications for Washington Dairy Products Commission, also known as the Dairy Farmers of Washington. This is a new position involving traditional and social media programs and services. Coe was director of communications for Bellevue School District and communications director for the Washington Lottery.

Mary Lee Moseley has joined Lane Powell's Seattle office as co-chair of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Moseley has 27 years of experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration.

Sur La Table

Sur La Table named Diane Neal CEO. Neal has over 30 years of consumer and retail experience. She was CEO and president of Bath & Body Works, and is on the boards of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and Fossil Group. Neal succeeds Jack Schwefel, who left the company to pursue other opportunities after serving as Sur La Table's CEO since 2007. The chain has more than 115 stores.

General contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis hired seven in its Seattle office: John (JC) O'Hare as project manager; Oralia Cruz and Brady Barkey as BIM coordinators; Alena Robson, Ellen Zouras and Kim Walters as project engineers; and Kari Alexander as job cost accounting assistant. O'Hare is a licensed Professional Engineer and LEED AP with 17 years of commercial construction experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University. Cruz holds an associate's degree in architectural engineering drafting from North Seattle College, and is attending the University of Washington Construction Management Certificate program. She also holds two bachelor's degrees from the University of Utah. Barkey is a Registered Architect with 30 years of architecture experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the UW, a master's degree in architectural studies from the University of Queensland, and recently completed the BIM certificate program at North Seattle College. Robson has been in construction for four years. She is completing a master's degree in project management at the University of Alaska, and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Denver. Zouras is a LEED Green Associate with two years of industry experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Purdue University. Walters is a LEED AP with 10 years of industry experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Arizona State University. Alexander has more than 10 years of accounting and administrative experience.

Ritter has been a member of Local 32 Plumbers & Pipefitters for 25 years, and has more than 30 years of industry experience. PSF is a mechanical contractor specializing in design-build projects in life sciences, high-tech and Class A office projects.

Lane Powell said Charles W. Riley Jr. will become president and Thomas W. Sondag will be vice president, effective Jan. 1. Current President Lewis M. Horowitz will serve as chair of the board and return to his tax and business practice. Riley has chaired the Trusts and Estates practice group since 2000. Sondag focuses on appellate litigation.

Lee & Hayes PLLC, an intellectual property law firm, has acquired Hope Baldauff, LLC, an Atlanta patent law firm with 11 attorneys, two patent agents and six staff members. This is Lee & Hayes' seventh U.S. location and the fourth office to open since 2011. Hope Baldauff's clients include Microsoft, Amazon and Boeing. Lee & Hayes employs 85 attorneys and patent agents, with offices in Seattle, Spokane, Portland, Austin, Rochester, N.Y., Atlanta and Washington, D.C.
