Central Washington University named Nina Oman, PhD, executive director of institutional effectiveness. The department collects and analyzes data about academic programs, students, faculty and staff, and responds to requests for data. Oman was director of institutional effectiveness and accreditation liaison officer at Heritage University.

Opus Bank

California-based Opus Bank said Ron Wilkowski has joined as senior managing director of commercial banking for the Pacific Northwest. Wilkowski is a 29-year banking veteran. He was with MUFG Union Bank, where he led business development in Washington and Oregon, and also worked at Key Bank.

Remitly

Remitly, an independent digital remittance company based in Seattle, hired Krish Srinivasan as chief financial officer. He has 20 years of experience in financial planning, analysis and investor relations at Microsoft, Amazon and Lyft. Andy Larson, Remitly's current CFO, will take on new leadership responsibilities.

Dompe to lead JLL project services

Dompe

Jones Lang LaSalle said Jacqueline Dompe will lead the project and development services in the Pacific Northwest. She will be responsible for occupancy planning, relocation, build-to-suits and other projects for clients in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento. Dompe has more than 20 years of experience, recently focused on recruiting and managing teams. She also worked as a senior vice president at Aecom, where she brought in new business.

Aboda hires Hartman for global sales

Hartman

Seattle-based corporate housing provider Aboda hired Carrie Hartman to be vice president of global sales. She will lead sales teams in developing new opportunities around the world. Hartman brings more than 16 years of experience. She led National Corporate Housing's insurance division. Aboda provides housing services for large companies around the world, including furnishing, managing and cleaning.

Cree joins Cushman & Wakefield

Cree

Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce added Connor Cree to the Seattle industrial team. Cree will join Tony Kusak and Ryan Foley, and specialize in Kent Valley tenant representation. Cree worked in supply chain management in Bellevue. Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce is based in Salt Lake City, and along with its sister company, Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, manages more than 52 million square feet of retail, industrial and office space.

HFF facilitates $129M Alley24 deal

Todd Tydlaska, Nick Kucha and Michael Leggett of HFF marketed the office portion of Alley 24, which sold last week for $129.3 million, for Vulcan Real Estate and Pemco Insurance. MetLife purchased the 215,400-square-foot office building at 221 Yale Ave. N. Alley 24 was built in 2006. The complex also has 172 apartments and ground floor retail. Vulcan sold the apartment portion to Greystar in 2015 for $58.2 million. The office space is 85 percent leased. Tenants include NBBJ, Skanska, Cyanogen and Cole & Weber.

Propel Insurance

Propel Insurance, a Tacoma-based national insurance agency, acquired United Risk Solutions in Medford, Oregon, the largest independent agency in Southern Oregon, with experience in the timber and trucking industries as well as commercial insurance, workers' compensation, employee benefits and bonding.

City of Fife

Fife's Aquatic Services Coordinator Megan Jendrick has been named sirector of the city's Aquatics Services Department. Jendrick is an Olympic champion who won two gold medals in 2000 and a silver in 2008.

Koverse

Seattle-based Koverse named Jon Matsuo president and CEO, and Paul Brown chief product officer. Koverse provides software for data-driven projects that include threat detection, customer analytics, real-time situational awareness, data silo consolidation and analytical applications. Matsuo worked at Qpass, Concur Technologies and Delrina Corp. Brown has directed big data efforts in intelligence, defense and finance organizations.
