Blake Marks-Dias has joined Corr Cronin Michelson Baumgardner Fogg & Moore as a partner. In 2016 he was listed as a Top 100 Super Lawyer and is on the faculty of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Blake was a partner at Riddell Williams focusing on complex litigation.

Cairncross & Hempelmann added Annie Allison to the Intellectual Property and Technology team. She has experience in software and e-commerce issues and was with Hughes Media Law Group.
Erik Carter was promoted to treasury relationship manager for Washington and Oregon at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group. He is responsible for serving the working capital management and asset servicing needs of clients and expanding the treasury services business in both states. Carter has 11 years of banking experience. MUFG Union Bank hash offices across the United States and is based in San Francisco.




Kirkland-based Osborne Construction Co. hired David Klopp as COO and vice president of operations, Kristopher Salerno as project manager, Christina Dabbagh as contracts administrator and Nancy DeCordova as project engineer. Klopp previously worked for Sellen Construction, UIC and Turner Construction. He has 28 years of experience and holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering technology from Montana State University. Salerno is leading the company's Special Projects Group. He previously worked for Turner Construction and earned a bachelor's degree in construction management from Central Washington University. Dabbagh previously worked in contracts administration for Wilder Construction Co. and Granite Construction Co., and in accounting for Tarragon LLC and Sellen Construction. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from CWU. DeCordova previously worked for Turner Construction as well as the Port of Seattle, Vulcan, UW Medicine and Fred Hutch. She has 27 years of industry experience.


Scott Nielson joined the Seattle office of Roen Associates as a senior cost estimator, and Jeff Weaver joined the Spokane office as project manager and senior cost estimator. Nielson has more than 30 years of experience as an estimator and project manager for both commercial and residential projects. He ran his own construction and mill work companies in the past. Weaver, LEED AP, has more than 30 years of cost estimating experience with all types of construction systems and project delivery methods. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Auburn University. Roen Associates provides cost estimating, value engineering, constructability review and project management services.

Monroe-based Canyon Creek Cabinet Co. hired Courtney Fodor as regional manager for Colorado, Wyoming and southeastern Idaho. Fodor has more than 16 years of design, sales and cabinet business operations experience. She is based in the Denver area.

Healthcare Management Administrators named Steve Suter president. He joined HMA in 2014 as chief operating officer and before that was chief operating officer at UnitedHealth Groups' Optum division. He will be based at HMA's Bellevue office. HMA is a third-party benefits administrator of health plans.
SIFF hired Sarah Wilke to replace outgoing Interim Executive Director Christine Martin after a year-long search by SIFF's board of directors. Martin will remain at SIFF in a reduced capacity through November to help the transition. Wilke worked at Seattle's On the Boards, Consolidated Works, Tacoma Art Museum and the Freer & Sackler Galleries in Washington, D.C. SIFF operates Seattle International Film Festival, SIFF Cinema and SIFF Education.
