Toby Davis was appointed vice president of finance at Bellevue-based employee engagement company Limeade. Davis has 15 years of financial experience with high-growth technology and consumer product companies, including a stint at Boatbound and Avanade, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft. Limeade uses social recognition software as part of its employee engagement program.

Diana Kelly is the new COO and president at Anaheim, California-based Bedrosians Tile & Stone. Kelly was regional vice president at Home Depot, where she was in charge of 82 stores across Southern California, Hawaii and Guam. Bedrosians has 41 branches in the U.S., including a Kent branch and an Oregon Tile & Marble showroom in Seattle.
Toby Murray was appointed to Puget Sound Partnership's Leadership Council. Murray was president and CEO of forest products company Murray Pacific Corp., and helped develop a habitat conservation plan for the northern spotted owl in 1993. His term on the council runs through June 25. He fills a vacancy left by Sue Taoka, who was nearly finished with her four-year term.







The Northwest Wall & Ceiling Contractors Association elected its 2018 officers, including James Kahler of Northwest Partitions as board president. Other officers are vice president Martin Holberg of Expert Drywall and secretary-treasurer Michael Box of Western Partitions. Directors are Doug Bagnell of Olympic Interiors, Josh Brown of Gordon Brown Associates, Cory Yalowicki of Superior Stucco Services, and immediate past president Kurt Mehrer of Mehrer Drywall. NWCCA members consist of signatory wall and ceiling contractors.
Two local member companies of the ABC of Western Washington won national honors at ABC's recent convention in Long Beach, California. The National Excellence in Construction Eagle Award for Community/Public Service went to Synergy Construction for its Sebastian Place Veterans Housing project in Lynnwood. SME Inc. of Seattle won the Diversity Excellence Award in the subcontractor category.

The Seattle-based ediscovery and consulting firm Lighthouse bought Forexus, a provider of consulting services and chat processing software based in Zurich. Forexus helps financial institutions build and manage information governance, compliance and ediscovery programs. It will continue to operate out of Switzerland.
Sound Community Bank opened a branch in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood, at 2400 Third Ave. The branch has interactive teller machines in the lobby that allow clients to do business with a live teller. It also has a drive-thru ITM in the building's parking garage. Branch manager is Geoffrey Reiman, former manager of an Umpqua Bank branch in Magnolia.
In Seattle, Washington Federal appointed Thomas J. Kelley as vice board chairman. Kelley is expected to replace retiring board chairman Roy M. Whitehead at the end of the year. Kelley has been on the board since 2005. He spent most of his career in public accounting, and taught accounting at Seattle University for 10 years.
