Zocher

Mark Zocher is the new chief technology officer of Richland-based Gravis Law, where he is building an IT department from scratch. Zocher was client services team lead at the city of Bellevue and manager of student technology services at the University of San Diego.

WSU

Slinker

Washington State University appointed Dr. Bryan Slinker as interim provost and executive vice president. Slinker is dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at WSU. His new role will run through June 30, 2020. The school will announce its plans for permanently filling the provost's position in a few weeks.

Bellevue Chamber

Bellevue Chamber of Commerce named its 2020 board members. Ryder System

Miami-based Ryder System opened its first full-scale maintenance center in Alaska, at 6550 A St. in Anchorage. The center provides maintenance, rental and leasing services for commercial vehicle fleets. Ryder has been operating in Alaska for six years. The new shop is three times larger than its old shop.

Score Greater Seattle

Krista Fuller is the new chapter chair of Score Greater Seattle, a nonprofit that helps small businesses grow through education and mentorship. Fuller is principal of KMF Consulting and led store development for Starbucks and 7-Eleven prior to that. She volunteered for over four years at the local Score chapter, serving as vice chair and membership chair on the executive committee. She replaces Tom Hughes.

Washington Federal Bank

Seattle-based Washington Federal Bank promoted Ryan Mauer to senior vice president and chief credit officer, and James Endrizzi to senior vice president of commercial banking. Mauer takes over for Mark Schoonover and Endrizzi replaces Bob Peters, both of which have become senior advisors to the bank. Mauer joined Washington Federal in 2007 after 16 years in consumer and commercial banking with Seafirst Bank/Bank of America. Most recently, he was senior vice president and division manager of Washington Federal's commercial and industrial team in Seattle. Endrizzi has over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, including the last four years leading the bank's commercial team in Utah. Prior to joining Washington Federal, he worked for KeyCorp and JP Morgan Chase. He is based out of Boise, Idaho.

NanoString

Seattle-based NanoString Technologies, a provider of life science tools for research and diagnostic products, appointed Mark Winham as senior vice president of operations. Winham has over 30 years of life sciences experience, including stints as chief scientific and operating officer at Wamberg Genomic Advisors, COO at Human Longevity and vice president of global manufacturing at Life Technologies.

Molina Healthcare

In Bothell, Molina Healthcare of Washington launched the Molina Community Innovation Fund, which will invest up to $3 million in community-based nonprofits over three years. The fund will support programs that lower access barriers, close care gaps and address the social determinants of health for Medicaid beneficiaries in regions that have implemented integrated managed care. Compute Express Link

Beaverton, Oregon-based Compute Express Link Consortium has incorporated and elected a board of directors. Board members are Steve Fields of IBM, Gaurav Singh of Xilinx, Dong Wei of ARM Holdings, Nathan Kalyanasundharam of AMD Semiconductor and Larrie Carr of Microchip Technology. The consortium was founded this year and is dedicated to advancing high-speed CPU interconnect technology for data centers.
