Residents fear more gentrification

Janiece Jackson has seen the Central Area change a lot since moving into the neighborhood in 1954.

Her father moved her family from Boise to become pastor of the Greater Mount Baker Missionary Baptist Church, which sits near 25th Avenue South and South Jackson Street.
