Providence Swedish's $1.3B North Tower tops out on First Hill

The tower is the region’s largest steel structure project since the Seattle Convention Center expansion, which opened in early 2023.

On Wednesday afternoon, the final structural steel beam was ceremoniously placed atop Providence Swedish's North Tower project at the health system's First Hill Campus.
