Microsoft takes Overlake space . . . Microsoft is leasing Liberty Northwest Center II, FEI Investment Properties' two-story building that totals 45,000 square feet. The Overlake development, 14673 N.E. 29th Place, will be finished in February, accord- ing to FEI partner Craig Wilson, who referred questions about the lease's specifics to Microsoft.
