Real Estate Buzz: Good news: office vacancies jump
Office vacancy rates jumped two percentage points regionwide in the fourth quarter, according to CB Richard Ellis' fourth-quarter report, one of several eagerly awaited roundups that area brokerages produced this week.
Vacancies regionwide rose from the third quarter's 3.20 percent to 5.23 percent, by CB Richard Ellis' tally.
