Anyone who thinks Dave Sabey cried when he lost Group Health Cooperative to Vulcan Inc. doesn't know Sabey.
Two months ago, Vulcan officials announced they struck a deal with the co-op to develop a building, with Group Health leasing 185,000 square feet for its headquarters. Group Health will move from 135,000 square feet in a Sabey-owned building at Sixth and Wall in Belltown in the fall of 2007.
