Two land sales in Seattle's Central Area show the neighborhood's renaissance is for real.
Vincent D. Miller Enterprises, a company whose Seattle roots go back about a century, acquired a quarter block at South Jackson Street and 17th Avenue South for $925,000 from Bob Suzuki. That was last month.
