Real Estate Buzz: Property sold in a prime retail spot

A two-building property next to the historic Coliseum Theater has sold for nearly $9.14 million, public records show, and one of the sellers said the new owners intend to redevelop part of the site.
The buyer is 1518 Fifth Avenue LLC and the seller Basoglu Investments Inc.
